ConvoTide uses Capricorncorp's existing website terms. Moonshot AI Private Limited operates the service, alongside sms-ocean under the same company umbrella.
ConvoTide service scope
These website terms apply to convotide.in. ConvoTide is sold through monthly subscriptions; it does not use sms-ocean credits or combine product wallets. Any paid order must state its approved plan, monthly charge and applicable cancellation terms. Meta messaging charges remain separate.
Seven-day complimentary trial
Every customer who completes ConvoTide onboarding receives seven days of complimentary platform access on the largest customer plan, with its included features and configured allowances, including bots. You pay applicable Meta message charges directly to Meta. ConvoTide does not collect or mark up those charges.
The trial does not require a platform subscription charge or create an automatic payment mandate. After seven days, continuing paid access requires your explicit choice of an approved monthly plan and verified payment. Trial expiry does not trigger an automatic charge. Your workspace shows the trial expiry and next plan choice.
Account registration and login use the common portal at app.capricorncorp.com. This public site remains at pilot stage; a public page does not activate paid service or authorize messaging.
