What we won’t claim

No “guaranteed approval”, no “never suspended”, no fake customer logos, no delivery percentages we haven’t measured. This site shows design intent; every public claim will map to an accepted, tested release.

Questions early customers ask

Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?

Eligible Business App numbers have a guided migration path with preflight checks and honest limitations — history transfer depends on your account. We never promise lossless migration.

I’m new — do I need sms-ocean or DLT setup?

No. WhatsApp-only customers onboard without any SMS purchase, wallet or DLT steps. SMS is an optional activation later.

Who bills me?

Moonshot AI bills the platform fee. Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp messages on your own assets. Optional SMS usage is billed separately. We never resell or mark up Meta charges.

How do campaigns stay compliant?

Preflight checks consent, template approval, category, quiet hours and frequency caps, and blocks ineligible sends. You approve before launch and can pause within seconds. See the full preflight checklist.

What happens to my contacts?

They stay yours: exportable, with per-channel consent records. Linking SMS and WhatsApp data happens only with explicit permission.

What support do pilots get?

Pilot customers work directly with the founding team during onboarding and first campaigns. Details are agreed in the pilot proposal.
