Pick the job. We’ll show you the workflow.
ConvoTide is one workspace — WhatsApp campaigns, a shared inbox, CRM and visual journeys — so most business messaging jobs combine the same few surfaces. This page indexes them by use case, states honestly what is available at pilot stage today, and links each area to the page that explains it in full. Nothing here is a capability we do not ship.
Conversational support
Every inbound conversation for your number lands in one shared queue your whole team works from: claim and release with visible ownership, canned replies, near-real-time updates and unread state you can trust. Queues, SLA timers and AI-assisted replies — with a human able to take over any conversation — are the direction of travel; the workspace preview shows the shape of the inbox today.

Promotional campaigns
An approved template sent to a chosen audience, with guardrails before anything leaves: consent-gated recipients, quiet hours, frequency caps, and a preflight that blocks ineligible sends and states plainly when no cost estimate exists. Marketing on WhatsApp is permission-based by design — the opt-in comes first, the campaign second.

Transactional alerts & updates
Order, shipping and service updates from approved utility templates, sent to eligible contacts with delivery status visible per message, and journeys that add timers and branches when an update needs a follow-up. The permitted-SMS fallback for contacts who cannot be reached on WhatsApp is an orchestration capability that is in integration, not yet available — we label it rather than imply it.

Sales & lead follow-up
A captured lead — QR code, link, widget or ad referral — becomes a contact with its source recorded, is auto-assigned into the shared inbox, and moves through pipelines beside the conversation. A promise made in chat becomes a follow-up task with an owner and due date, cancelled automatically if the customer replies first. The full journey is walked step by step in the workflow tutorial.

OTP & authentication (SMS)
Verification codes and authentication messages are an SMS job, and SMS is not what ConvoTide sells. They are served by sms-ocean, Capricorncorp’s business SMS platform, from the same shared account — see how the two products connect. We do not advertise WhatsApp authentication templates on this site: if that changes, this page will say so with the same evidence standard as everything else.

WhatsApp or SMS — which product for which job?
Conversations, CRM and consent-based marketing belong on ConvoTide (WhatsApp). OTP and pure SMS delivery belong on sms-ocean. They share one account and can be activated independently — WhatsApp-only onboarding needs no SMS purchase, and existing SMS setups stay untouched. Read the full account-connection guide →
