Refund & Cancellation Policy
ConvoTide adopts the existing sms-ocean subscription terms, operated by Moonshot AI Private Limited under Capricorncorp. These rules apply to ConvoTide monthly subscriptions; they do not change sms-ocean or Cloud wallet rules.
Monthly subscription and separate services
ConvoTide is billed through monthly subscriptions only. Your ConvoTide subscription is separate from sms-ocean credits, Cloud wallets and customer-paid Meta messaging charges. Annual subscriptions and wallet auto-recharge are not ConvoTide payment options.
Payment is through the existing PhonePe route. A saved-payment arrangement or automatic debit requires its own explicit authorization; this policy does not create a payment mandate.
Cancellation
To avoid future subscription charges, cancel before the next billing cycle begins. Upon cancellation, service remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for any unused portion of that billing cycle.
Refund eligibility and processing
Subscription charges are not refundable after the billing cycle has started. Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Promotional or bonus credits are non-refundable. The separate corporate rules for unused SMS or Cloud wallet credits do not convert a ConvoTide subscription into a refundable wallet balance.
How to request cancellation or a refund
Email support@capricorncorp.com and include your registered email address, business name, ConvoTide plan and billing period, transaction reference, payment date and reason for the request. Identify the service as ConvoTide so it is handled separately from sms-ocean.

Suspension and termination
Capricorncorp may suspend or terminate service for non-payment or violation of its terms and conditions. No refund is issued for suspension caused by non-payment or policy violations. Monitor your subscription status to avoid interruptions.
Other services and policy changes
The sms-ocean corporate policy contains the existing SMS/Cloud wallet and Hosting/Email provisions. Those services retain their own terms. Changes to this policy will be posted here.
