Durable enquiry intake requires the ConvoTide public-intake endpoint (/v1/leads/public-intake) deployed at a public URL — a named integration dependency tracked in the delivery notes, not a silent claim of working email. Until then, submitting keeps your draft in the form and sends nothing anywhere. You can also reach the team through the support and escalation routes.
