ConvoTide is Capricorncorp’s customer-conversation workspace: WhatsApp campaigns, a shared inbox, CRM and automation in one place. We are designing a partner programme and want to hear from the people who would deliver it with us — before any terms exist.
What ConvoTide is
A workspace where an incoming message becomes a contact, a conversation, a follow-up and a recorded outcome. Campaigns run preflight checks (consent, template state, quiet hours, frequency caps) before a send, and every automated step stays under human control.
Where the product stands
Pilot stage. Pricing is being finalized with the first pilot cohort, and no partner terms, commissions or discounts have been published. We will not quote invented numbers here — this page collects interest, it does not offer an agreement.
Who this is for
The programme is being shaped around two kinds of partners.
Agencies
Teams that run customer communication on behalf of clients — campaign management, inbox coverage, template preparation. You know the consent and compliance work first-hand; the partner programme would put that work on ConvoTide infrastructure.
Resellers
Technology and IT-service businesses that onboard other companies onto messaging and CRM platforms. The planned shape mirrors the “Scale & partners” tier: reseller provisioning with sub-tenants, commission statements, delegated support access — described as intent, not a commitment.
