Pilot demo
Request a pilot demo.
Tell us the job you want to see done — order updates, a support queue, lead follow-up — and we’ll walk you through the exact ConvoTide journey on sample data first, your own workflow when you’re ready. Pricing is being finalized with the pilot cohort, so a demo comes with a real proposal instead of invented numbers.
What the demo covers
- Your workflow, on sample data. We map your use case onto the real surfaces — capture, shared inbox, campaigns, CRM, journeys — so you see the actual product, not a slide deck.
- Honest availability. Everything shown is labelled with its real status. What is built is demonstrated; what is still in integration is said to be; nothing is faked.
- Real costs, clearly split. The platform fee, Meta’s messaging charges on your own assets, and optional SMS usage are explained as three separate things. See who charges you for what before you even book.
- Direct access during the pilot. Pilot customers work with the founding team through onboarding and first campaigns; the exact support window is agreed in your pilot proposal.
What to include in your request
The request form asks for three things — one optional, two required:
- Your name — optional. Skip it if you prefer.
- A work email — required, so we can reply. It is the only way we contact you; we never add you to marketing lists by default.
- Your use case — required. Rough numbers help (volumes, team size); there are no wrong answers. The more specific the job, the more specific the demo.
A marketing-newsletter checkbox on the form is separate, optional and unchecked by default — a demo request is never treated as marketing consent.
What happens after you submit
Until then, the form at /pricing#demo-form is the single request flow used across the site — this page links to it rather than running a second copy. If you need a human channel in the meantime, the support and escalation routes list the ways to reach the team directly.
